These decals are for what OMC called the "throttle control plate", which was located behind and partially under the tiller grip.
Usually the metal band itself is in good condition but the paint is badly faded.
These are intended to be used on a good condition band that has had the paint stripped off of it.
Type 1 are for the 5.5 to 18hp motors with the slide on plate. Type 2 are for the 25-30-35hp motors with the rivet on plate.
